Mr. Golden has built a distinguished career by identifying opportunity across market cycles and executing with discipline and strategic foresight. An accomplished attorney and seasoned financier, he specializes in public finance, real estate investment, and the structuring of complex transactions.
Under his leadership, Domain Communities has acquired, financed, and asset managed multifamily and senior housing properties totaling more than $1 billion in transactions. Combined with his investment banking experience, he has originated and closed nearly $2 billion in transactions throughout his career. His legal, financial, and capital markets expertise continues to guide the firm’s disciplined growth and long-term value creation.
Mr. Carroll serves as Chief Operating Officer of Domain Communities and is the Founder and Principal of Triad Partners, Inc., a real estate development firm focused on commercial office, retail, and medical office properties, as well as multifamily investments. With more than 40 years of experience in real estate development and investment, he has acted as a principal in over 2 million square feet of commercial projects and has invested in and managed more than 4,000 multifamily units.
Mr. Carroll also served as a senior executive of a former NYSE-listed REIT specializing in the acquisition and development of medical office buildings and senior care investments.
Mr. Needham serves as General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Domain Communities. He began his career as a real estate attorney at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth in Newport Beach, rising to partner and representing owners, developers, and investors for nearly 15 years. During that time, he began working with J.D. Golden and his affiliated companies. After seven years as a real estate developer and principal, he returned to legal practice at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton, again representing Domain Communities.
He later joined the company and now oversees all legal matters related to its multifamily and investment ventures. Mr. Needham earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School and his B.S. in Business Administration from UC Berkeley.
Janet Yosowitz serves as Executive Vice President of Administration and brings more than a decade of experience in the multifamily real estate industry. Throughout her tenure, she has played a critical role in supporting the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence.
Ms. Yosowitz has been instrumental in sourcing and identifying key investment opportunities, supporting capital formation efforts, and strengthening internal processes to ensure efficient execution across the organization. She oversees the company’s day-to-day administrative operations, providing leadership, coordination, and structure across departments to support investment, asset management, and corporate initiatives. Ms. Yosowitz holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University.
Mr. Lim serves as Executive Vice President of Finance for Domain Communities, leading the firm’s financial strategy, capital structuring, and transaction execution across its multifamily investment platform. Since joining Domain in 2005, he has been involved in every stage of the investment lifecycle, with primary responsibility for underwriting, financial modeling, debt placement, and coordinating complex project financings. Over the course of his tenure, he has successfully closed more than $500 million in transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, and special projects.
Mr. Lim plays a central role in shaping the company’s capital strategy and ensuring disciplined financial execution across the portfolio. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Arizona and is a licensed Realtor in Arizona, as well as a member of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Ly Nguyen serves as Senior Vice President of Business Operations for Domain Communities, where she plays a pivotal role in the firm’s strategic execution and investment activities. Since joining the company in 2015, she has developed extensive expertise across the multifamily investment lifecycle, contributing to due diligence, capital structuring, lender coordination, private placement memoranda preparation, investor relations, and the recapitalization and disposition of assets. Her comprehensive involvement in both transactional and operational functions has made her an integral part of the firm’s continued growth and success.
Prior to joining Domain Communities, Ms. Nguyen practiced as a litigation attorney, bringing a strong legal foundation and analytical rigor to her work in real estate finance and operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law.
Nicholas joined Domain Communities in 2020 and is responsible for underwriting new acquisitions and leading the strategic oversight of asset management across the firm’s portfolio. He plays a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, structuring transactions, and driving performance initiatives that support long-term value creation.
Prior to joining Domain, Mr. Weaver served as an executive at a leading aerospace company in Southern California, where he directed all investment and acquisition activities. His background in both engineering and finance provides a disciplined, analytical approach to capital allocation and operational execution. Mr. Weaver earned his undergraduate degree in Engineering from the University of Southern California and holds an MBA from USC.
